Returns and Eligibility

If your item is defective, damaged or you are not satisfied please contact us directly via email modelbuildings2010@outlook.com within 14 days of receipt so we can work to resolve the issue.

For returns on eligible items please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unused condition.

International returns must be marked as a return on the CN22 (customs form), failure to declare as a return may result in any charges being deducted from your refund.

Once received, refunds for returned items will be processed including the original base shipping. Optional shipping upgrade costs are not refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless in cases where the item is damaged.

For any damages or faults photos will be required in the first instance.

Delivery Estimates and Delayed/Lost Orders

Unfortunately, it is possible that sometimes your order may not arrive within the estimated delivery times.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail, according to their policies parcels can be processed as lost after these times.

• UK - 14 working days
• Europe - 25 working days
• Rest of World - 32 working days

Please do contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery though claims and refunds cannot be processed until the lost parcel waiting time has expired.
